Wheelchair Experience

I absolutely loved being in the wheelchair. I loved not having to use my legs however I can understand how difficult it could be not using my legs ever again. The part that I found the most difficult was going up the Hinkley hill because every time I reached back to push the wheels forward my right shoulder would pop. I had several friends who wanted to help me and being the stubborn and independent individual that I am, I found it extremely difficult to let others help me. I appreciate the ability that I have to walk on my own two legs but I can't wait for my next opportunity to roll around in a wheelchair. :)
